Avoro Foods presents the most premium avocado oil in the market today.  Vibrant green in color, this oil is smooth with a soft nutty flavor and a subtle avocado aroma. Avocado oil is perfect for cooking and sautéing fish, seafood, meats and vegetables or just drizzling on your favorite salads.  Its smoking point is 250° C, compared to olive oil’s 208° C. This presents an important advantage for cooking, preventing it from burning when heated at a higher temperature, while preserving its nutritional properties.
