About1.JPG

Our avocados ripen on the trees for up to 18 months. They are then harvested by hand in Michoacan, Mexico, and graded for quality and size. Once ready, the fruit is brought to our processing plant in the State of Guanajuato, where the skin and seed are removed before milling and separating the oil from the pulp. Only the pulp of the avocado is used in this process. Avoro Avocado Oil is cold pressed at 45° C.
