CHILI CON CARNE

2 tbsp ground beef
2 tbsp Chef
Raffie`s seasoning spices
1 can of drained black beans
1 cup of water
1 can of tomato sauce
½
Jalapeños slices seed removed
2 tbsp AVORO Avocado Oil
Procedure
In a large
heated skillet place oil and brown the ground beef over medium high heat.
Drain excess fat.
Add remaining
ingredients.
Mix and bring the bowl over high heat. Reduce to slow heat and simmer stirring occasionally for
about 30 minutes.
Serve with tortilla chips or plantain chips with pieces of avocado and grated cheddar
cheese.
Drizzle with avocado oil just before serving it.
Great for “5 de Mayo”
