BEEF & BROCCOLI AND ONION STIR FRY

2 tbsp AVORO Avocado Oil
500gr Sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
300gr broccoli
florets
1 large diced onion
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 ¼ cup of water + 1 tbsp corn starch
1 tbsp brown sugar
¼
cup soy sauce
Procedure
In a large wok or a large skillet heat AVORO avocado
oil over medium high heat and brown steak, stirring constantly.
Remove the steak from the skillet and set
aside.
Lower the heat and add broccoli, onion, garlic until the vegetables turn into a nice colour.
Return the
steak to the skillet with vegetables and add the corn starch dissolved in the water, the sugar and the soy sauce.
Cook until
sauce thickens or until steak is done.
For a superb plate de resistance, serve over steaming hot sticky
rice and drizzle with little AVORO avocado oil.
