¼ Tbsp AVORO Avocado Oil

4 Ripe Avocados

½ red onions

3 cloves of garlic finely chopped

4 plum tomatoes seeds remove

Juice of 2 lemons

3 tbsp Olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

  

Procedure

  1. Peel the avocados and remove the seeds.
  2. Place the pulp in a large bowl or food processor.
  3. Chopped the garlic and add 1 tea spoon of kosher salt and continue chopping it until it reaches the consistence of a paste.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients and process in the food processor or with hand blender until all ingredients are well mix.
  5. For best results refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving
  6. Serve with tortilla chips or with your favorite crudités.
