CHICKEN BROCHETTES WITH AVORO AVOCADO OIL AND CHILE POBLANO MARINADE

Ingredients:

2 Boneless chicken breasts

1 Chile poblano deseeded and cut in pieces

½ Cup low fat sour cream

½ Cup AVORO Avocado Oil infused with Cilantro

Salt and pepper to taste


Preparation:

Cut chicken breasts in ½ “ pieces

In a food processor add the chile poblano pieces, sour cream and AVORO Avocado Oil Cilantro Infused. Blend until puree. Marinate chicken pieces in the avocado oil and chile poblano preparation for at least 2 hours. Prepare the brochettes and grill in the oven brushing occasionally with extra marinade. Serve with rice and green salad.
